This Plaster of Paris heart has been casted and decoupaged to create a unique decoration. Find a mould or make one from silicone to cast your heart base with plaster, then wait until it dries. Grab a craft glue and sealer like Deco Pudge and decoupage a design you love onto the plaster for a personalised effect! The possibilities are endless with this technique.
